At Echoz, every order is custom-made just for you — which means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

No Returns or Exchanges

As all our products are personalized or made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or color selection by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Delays caused by third-party delivery services

Please ensure all details — including design, size, and customization — are double-checked before placing your order.

Exceptions – Wrong or Defective Item Received

We will only accept a return or replacement request if you receive:

  • The wrong item, or
  • A damaged/defective product

To raise a claim, please email us at contact@echoz.shop within 48 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video showing the entire unpacking process clearly along with clear photos of the product, shipping label and invoice.

No Cancellations

Because your order is sent for designing immediately, we do not accept cancellations or edits after it is placed.
